Biography
Mrs Elizabeth Morgan was the daughter of Dr John Davies, rector of Kingsland in Herefordshire, and Honora. Her brother, Sneyd Davies, became an established poet and academic and the archdeacon of Derby. Elizabeth married country squire Henry Morgan of Henblas on 3 August 1732. She died in 1773.
