Biography
Frances, born in 1874, was a Church Mission Society missionary in southern Nigeria from 1897 to 1909, stationed at Onitsha, Ugboke and Owerri. She had three siblings who were also CMS missionaries: Archdeacon Thomas Dennis, Edward and Ellen. In 1902, Frances’s fiancé Rev Charles Geoffrey Hensley died. She later married clergyman Rev Stephen Hensley and retired from missionary service.
