Biography
Margaret Mackenzie Scott (1888-1975) was a Scottish writer and journalist. Her pseudonym was Beatrice Nairn. She spent her early life in Scotland before moving to Budapest for journalism work during and after the Second World War. She lived with a Hungarian family and would not return to Scotland until after the war. Margaret would often write about her illnesses and thoughts on her mortality, along with current events, and her faith.
