Biography
Marigo, born on 12 Aug 1891, was the eldest daughter of Henrietta and Nicholas Argenti. She lived at Picts Hill House in Turvey, Bedfordshire for much of her childhood and later life. Marigo and her siblings had lessons in the schoolroom at Picts Hill with their live-in French governess and, with their parents frequently away in London, were often left in the care of the household staff.
