Biography
Mary Austen (née Lloyd) was the daughter of Reverend Noyes Lloyd and Martha Craven, born around 1771 in Bishopstone, Wiltshire. She married James Austen, Jane Austen’s brother, in January 1797 and they had two children: James-Edward and Caroline. Mary died in 1843 at Speen.
