Biography
Kathleen D Howard (1889–c.1980) was a magistrate for more than 25 years and a founder member of the Clapham Women’s Institute in the 1920s. She was Chairperson of the Bedfordshire Federation of the Women’s Institute from 1951–1960 and President from 1961. Kathleen’s brother was British diplomat Sir Douglas Frederick Howard.
